Lok Seva Kendra - Management System
Lok Seva Kendra (LSK) are kiosk set-up by the Madhya Pradesh government for providing 350+ public services to the citizens. The government gives these kiosks to private agencies to run in PPP mode. LSK-MS is specially made for LSK and its functioning. All the functions required to be performed at a kiosk can be done on the system, from attendance to receipts received, from reconciling bank statements to generating profit and loss a/c and that on the software. Also, the owner can monitor everything from his admin a/c and the manager and supervisor are also assigned different roles, related to their position, which they have to do daily. Some of the services are also available on the app.




Daily income and receipts are to be recorded and have to be approved by the manager on LSK. The amount has to be deposited in the bank. Then the software imports statement of the bank a/c and reconciles the amount uploaded and that of the bank. This provides a double and a constant check on the financial items of the kiosk.
A Rs. 1200 bio-metric machine has to be paired with the LSK-MS. The software takes attendance 4 times in a day. It also offers employees the option to send leave and on duty requests to managers and get it approved on the software only. Also, the manager and owner have the option of imposing a penalty on defaulters. It will adjust that in salary.
Expenses done on the kiosk have to be recorded and have to be approved by the owner of the LSK. Then the software imports statement of the bank a/c and reconciles the expense v/s paid amount. This provides a double and a constant check on the financial items of the kiosk. Ledger a/c is made of everyone who has done some expense just like a bank passbook.
